Why this VLC

Equity is not an add-on. It is how rigor becomes reachable for every learner. In this VLC you will define equity, bias, and social justice for your context and then design classroom structures, resources, and facilitation moves that honor students’ culture, language, and lived experience. You will leave with practical routines and materials that raise expectations, strengthen relationships and trust, and expand opportunity without lowering the bar.
