About EdQuiddity

Our Purpose

We help organizations design learning so people own the work. That means shifting from activity to authentic problems, from directions to structures, and from compliance to capability. When learners plan, prioritize, persist, and reflect, achievement stops being accidental and starts being designed.

Who We Are

EdQuiddity Inc provides online products and services that turn good intentions into daily routines: Virtual Learning Communities, Professional Learning Experiences, and MyQPortal. Our partner company, IDE Corp., focuses on in-person and remote professional development. Both companies are led by Dr. Nancy Sulla and share a single mission to empower all learners to high levels of efficacy.

Why that matters to you

One vision. Two delivery models. You get cohesive strategies, consistent tools, and seamless support across on-site, virtual, and on-demand learning.

What We Offer

  • VIRTUAL LEARNING COMMUNITIES (VLCs)

Two people working on laptops across a table, with glowing analytics and network icons between them

Facilitated cohorts that pair short learning sprints with job-embedded practice, artifacts, and feedback. Teams co-design tasks, try them, reflect together, and track impact.

  • PROFESSIONAL LEARNING EXPERIENCES (PLEs)

Person using a laptop on a park bench, with a transparent digital screen floating above the keyboard.

On-demand, guided professional learning that models design moves you can implement immediately. Ideal for PD days, PLC fuel, and coaching cycles.

  • MYQPORTAL

Person sitting on a park bench using a tablet under a tree in a sunny park

An online library of structures, templates, and implementation tools that support learner-active environments and make growth visible.

Our Design Principles

Agency by Design:

Replace tasks with authentic problems and give learners real decisions to make.

Structures First:

Time, resources, choice, and feedback systems transfer responsibility to the learner.

Executive Function for All:

Teach planning, prioritizing, persistence, and reflection as daily routines.

Evidence of Learning:

Use student work to guide the next move, not just to record a grade.

Human and Tech Together:

Tools serve the design, not the other way around.

  • SCHOOLS AND DISTRICTS

Colleagues in a park meeting, discussing papers around a table with laptops and notebooks.

Build learner-active classrooms where students manage time, make choices, and show evidence of learning.

  • CORPORATE TRAINING AND INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN

People meeting around a wooden table in a bright office, with plants and wall art in the background.

Shift from checklists to capability. Use authentic problems, clear workflows, and reflection routines to build independent performers.

  • GOVERNMENT TRAINING AND INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN

Colleagues meeting outdoors, discussing a tablet with glowing tech icons around them.

Turn procedures into purpose. Design scenario-based practice with decision supports that stand up in mission-critical contexts.
